Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Apex & Pillar LLC ("the firm", "we") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect through apexpillar.org and the client portal, and how we use it.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our consultation form (name, email, phone, and your message); account information for portal users (name, email, login records); documents and messages you share with us through the portal; and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, provide legal services, run conflicts checks, send invoices and service-related notifications, and secure our systems. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Confidentiality
Information shared in connection with legal representation is protected by professional duties of confidentiality and, where applicable, attorney–client privilege — protections stronger than this policy.
Service providers
We use vetted providers for hosting, email delivery, and payment processing (payments are handled by our payment processor; card details never touch our servers). Providers may process data only on our instructions.
Retention & your rights
We keep client files for the period required by professional rules, then dispose of them securely. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by writing to office@apexpillar.org.
