These terms govern your use of apexandpillar.bg (the "Website") and the Apex & Pillar Formation client portal (the "Portal"), both operated by Apex & Pillar OOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company.

Browsing the Website, sending an enquiry, or booking a consultation does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship arises only after a written engagement letter has been signed by both parties and any required KYC/AML checks have been completed.
